Companies locating to the Central Florida Research Park must be approved in accordance with the permitted uses section of the deed restrictions for the Research Park. Questions concerning permitted uses and approval by the Orange County Research and Development Authority should be directed to the Research Park office.
Architectural Approval
All new construction, as well as modifications of existing buildings, must be approved by the Design Review Board for the Central Florida Research Park. Specific architectural and site plan criteria are contained in the Design Standards Manual for the Central Florida Research Park.

Impact Fees

The Central Florida Research Park operates the water and sewer utilities for the Research Park. Utility connection fees must be paid before construction permits are issued. Duke Energy provides electrical service; TECO provides natural gas; and Lumin, Spectrum, and Smart City provide fiber optic telecommunications.
